Alfred Hitchcock takes you…. North by Northwest!
An Alfred Hitchcock spy-thriller made in Technicolor and Vista Vision. A middle-aged Madison Avenue advertising executive Roger O. Thornhill (Cary Grant) is mistaken for a government agent by a gang of spies. He gets involved in a series of misadventures and is pursued across the States by both the spies and the government whilst being helped by a beautiful blonde. Also starring Eva Marie Saint as the femme fatale, Martin Landau and James Mason.

“If Paper Pilots’ Power-Pop doesn’t put a smile on your face, maybe you’ve been sucking on too many lemons?” says Kevin Bronson of BuzzBands.LA. Paper Pilots, lead by Justin Bocchieri first garnered national attention in 2012 through HBO’s True Blood with their cover of The Zombies’ “She’s Not There”. The band later appeared in True Blood’s Season 6 finale to perform three songs, all from their self-titled debut EP. Early adopters included Gary Calamar of KCRW, Kevin Bronson of KCSN, Kat Corbett from KROQ’s “Locals Only”, and most recently, Tobi Lynn of ALT 98.7’s “Close To Home.”
The Autry in Griffith Park
WHERE: The Autry in Griffith Park. This is a very large, grassy lawn. You’ll want to bring pillows, cushions and blankets.
PRO TIP: Arrive early to take advantage of Free Admission to The Autry for all Eat|See|Hear ticket holders beginning at 5:30pm.
DOGS: Yes! This event is dog-friendly! All dogs are welcomed with a free biscuit at the door! Note: Dogs are not allowed inside the museum but are welcome everywhere else at the event.

ENTRANCE: The Autry is located inside Griffith Park. You may bike in or park for FREE at the LA Zoo parking lot.
SEATING/CHAIRS: This location is a sprawling, grassy lawn. Pillows, cushions and blankets are preferred, though low chairs with low backs are allowed. If you have a tall chair (like a lawn chair or camping style chair more than 6 inches off the ground) you will be required to sit outside the center of the venue, which is marked with signs on both the left & right side of the venue. There is ample room for chairs, so please don’t block the view of the person(s) behind you.
PARKING: FREE! Across the street at the LA Zoo Parking lot.
