Upcoming Events › #TBT At The Laemmle Series
Please join us for our weekly #TBT Throwback Thursday Movie Night Event Series in conjunction with our friends at the Laemmle Theatres every Thursday night. We have a shared love of cult, classic, and just down-right neglected older movies and we are excited to welcome you to our inner movie-loving world.
Each week we will be at the Laemmle NoHo 7 screening a movie that you either haven’t seen in a long time, never on the big screen, or (gasp) never at all. Trust our tastes and come out for a great time. Check out the schedule below.
Note: Unfortunately dogs are not allowed inside the theater. Service dogs being an exception, of course.

Trading Places is a 1983 American comedy film directed by John Landis, starring Dan Aykroyd and Eddie Murphy. It tells the story of an upper-class commodities broker and a homeless street hustler whose lives cross paths when they are unknowingly made part of an elaborate bet. Ralph Bellamy, Don Ameche, Denholm Elliott, and Jamie Lee Curtis also star. The storyline is often called a modern take on Mark Twain’s classic 19th-century novel The Prince and the Pauper.
